We have compiled a list of likely questions that you may have about our motorhome, and what you can do with it.
We will be adding to this list regularly, but if there's still things you need to know, then please call us, or email us your questions...
Yes, the motorhome has rear forward-facing seats with seatbelts. The top bunk has a safety net to keep young ones in bed ALL night.

Back to the topWhen parking, you need to ensure that you have enough space around you to manoeuvre the vehicle easily. The mirrors are large and well placed; try to avoid busy areas until you become more proficient. Supermarket car parks are often ideal, as they are large and usually in a convenient location — remember that motorhomes cannot be parked in multi-story car parks, and are generally not allowed to remain in car parks overnight. Remember to watch for height barriers. Most towns usually have a car park that a motorhome can use, but often not in the Town Centre.

Back to the topThere are many camp sites and they vary a lot in what they offer and in price. Work out what type of facilities you would like. Some sites offer children’s attractions like swimming pools and entertainment etc, and others may offer quieter facilities. Choose the area you would like to be based, but with a motorhome you may not want to be tied to just one site as it's easy to move off-site or tour around an area and stay in different sites. Remember July and August usually will require a site booking in advance. The internet is a good way to find camp sites.
Back to the topIt is absolutely fine to take the motorhome to an event as the motorhome is self-contained. It is unlikely you will have the option of electric hook-up, but the 12-volt system is fine for a few days. Also, make sure the van has plenty of water as there may not be fill-up facilities.
Back to the topYou will need just your clothes and bedding (including pillows), and to fill the van with food supplies. It will already be full with fuel and water when you collect it ready to go.
Back to the topYou will have a full induction of all the equipment at collection, and there are "how to" written instructions to take with you.
Back to the topThere is mechanical breakdown cover provided, so in the unfortunate event of a breakdown you will have a number to call for roadside assistance.
